Loved the article. I was wondering if I could steal your syllable count function. I'm working on a haikubot and I need a function to count syllables for me. It's just a little project, but I wanted to make sure, and I quickly tested your function and it works great. Thanks!

will [dot] h [dot] brown [at] gmail [dot] com

Comment on Flesch-Kincaid Reading Level

Comment by Ben ( )

Great site - love this article.. Did you know George Schlossnagle submitted a PEAR entry that apparently does similar? Not a fan of PEAR, so jolly happy to come across this. Big JD fan too. Whats the diff betweeen Irish, Scottish and US whiskies? The number of time s they are distilled. Irish 3, Scotch 2 and once for US Bourbon.

Cheers, buy mine in Spain.

Paul

Comment on Flesch-Kincaid Reading Level

Comment by j ( )

i still don't get it
